Our strength lies in providing rapid product design and low-cost manufacturing, supported by robust production capacity to meet diverse client needs. Our average daily production capacity reaches approximately 25,000 units of connectors and2,500 cable assemblies, with the flexibility to scale up production line based on customer requirements with a lead time of one-month in advance. Our production and quality engineers continuously integrate advanced technologies, innovative processes, and new materials into our products. This includes expertise in assembly processes, production quality control, RF testing, and glass sintering techniques, keeping synchronous tracking of the industry's development.
Production Manufacturing
The CNC precision machining workshop is equipped with dozens of fully automatic CNC machines, precision presses, fully automatic wire strippers, and vacuum heat treatment furnaces. This advanced infrastructure ensures precise control over critical dimensions in component production, thereby enhancing product precision and reducing defect rates.
Custom Development
In independent R&D, product design, and process design, especially regarding key technical indicators such as electrical performance and service life, our capabilities are on par with international leading manufacturers.
Design Capabilities: We excel in the integrated design of semi-rigid high-frequency cables, leveraging their high-performance characteristics—including compact size, excellent isolation, lightweight construction, and resistance to vibration and shock—to customize reasonable and efficient solutions for clients. After delivery, we maintain ongoing tracking of product usage.
Common semi-rigid cable diameters: 0.034, 0.047, 0.070, 0.086, and 0.141 inches.
Testing Equipment
The facility is equipped with multiple Agilent vector network analyzers, insulation withstand voltage testers, microhardness testers, optical image measuring systems, automatic insertion/extraction force testers, hermeticity testers, and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometers for metal composition, coating thickness, and prohibited substance analysis under RoHS standards.
Through rigorous testing and validation, we ensure quality across all manufacturing processes and final products, covering dimensional and geometric tolerances, electrical performance, mechanical performance, and environmental performance testing.
Test probes and cables undergo 100% inspection, including full dimensional, mechanical, and electrical performance checks, with traceable inspection data.
Mechanical performance test
Equipped with 5 fully automatic insertion and extraction force testing machines and 2 automatic load testing machines to test the insertion and extraction force of probes, it can meet the synchronous testing requirements of multiple types of probes.
Electrical performance test
Equipped with multi-band vector network analyzer test probes and test cables for standing waves and losses. Including 8.5GHz:4 units; 20GHz:1 unit 43.5GHz: 1 unit 50GHz:1 Agilent network analyzer; 67GHz :1 Keysight &1 Ceyear network analyzer. 110GHz: 1 Ceyear network analyzer.
Warehouse
Ensure that raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are stored in a safe environment. Storage in a drying cabinet provides effective protection for electroplated metal parts.
